  • Hi @indigojones66

Try to update you website permalink and see if it resolve the issue. You can update your permalink settings by following the steps below:

    • Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
    • Go to Settings → Permalinks.
    • Select the Default settings.
    • Click the Save Changes button.
    • Change the settings to the previous configuration (the one you selected before Default). Put the custom structure back if you had one.
    • Click?Save Settings.

For more detail, follow this article guide: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/wordpress-404-error

If it doesn’t work then please share your permalink setting screenshot and share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi Amir, thanks very much. Yes it was permalinks that had changed for some reason

    Hi @indigojones66 ,
