UpdraftPlus: Unfinished restoration – Need help

Hi,

It appears that the backup no longer exists. Can you re-upload the backup files and repeat the process? If your still stuck, please send us a copy of the backup log so we can determine what is causing the restoration process to halt.

I am a bit confused on why it says the backup no longer exists. All the files are there, database, themes, plugins etc.

It looks like your backup timed out and then there was an attempt to resume the backup but UpdraftPlus was not able to do this.

Can you post your php error logs (this should be available from the root of your site or you can ask your hosts for them)

Apologies for the delay.

The PHP log shows errors coming from several plugins such as Elementor, Woocommerce, Woocommerce extensions and others. I would suggest that you restore the plugins component manually. To do this, exclude the plugins from the restore and to manually upload this via FTP. After uploading the files, activate the plugins one-by-one to find out if any of your plugins is causing the issue.
