It certainly could be a result of page caching, it could also be a result of the “High Reputation Bypass” option, under IP Blocking > AntiBot System, which will prevent an IP address from being blocked if the IP’s local reputation is high enough.

Actually it is an issue of caching.

Comet Cache, the issue is there. Fastest Cache also. Comet Cache works with php mode and Fastest cache with php or mod_rewrite (selectable), in my test in php mode.

BUT WP SUPER Cache works ?? for some reason that only you know ….

Disabling any cache plugin, no issue. Easy to replicate, very easy.

The solution then is not to use caching plugins. If you want a dynamic website (which is what WordPress is designed to deliver), then page caching goes against that principle.

We don’t try to work around page caching plugins, they either work with Shield or they don’t. If they gave a consistent ability to prevent caching of particular requests, we would, but they don’t often provide this option. We do use the standard WordPress constant DONOTCACHEPAGE but many caching plugins don’t respect it. That’s their choice ??

Got it. Just for you to know, WordPress WP Super Cache plugin works, if LATE INIT is activated. Late Init is cached page is served AFTER WordPress (?) is loaded.

Also some kind of warning about this, would be needed. Because if a add all the caching plugin installations (as www.remarpro.com reports), it sum is around 5 millions.

    Thanks
