Elementor & Lazy-load in carousel images – not loading

    Hello,

    I use Optimole and Elementor. In Elementor, I added a carousel with images in many places – sometimes I choose an additional attribute which is lazy-load. Unfortunately, since I’m using Optimole, the images in the carousels sometimes load and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they show half size and sometimes they scale and sometimes it’s full empty if i not checked lazy-load.

    It looks the worst on mobile versions, because there sometimes they don’t load or the images look bad.

    How can I improve all this? I’ve been pondering this problem for a long time.

    Hi @blackhunterdie,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using Optimole.

    This issue could be caused by duplicate lazy-loading functionality. Please disable other lazy-loading functionalities that you already have and try to check again, images should load properly. Duplicating lazy-loading functionality usually causes such issues with images not loading properly.

    Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, when lazy-load is turned off, it’s even worse. I tested it in many places on the site – sometimes turned it on and sometimes turned it off. Currently, I’ve noticed that lazy-load displays more correctly on the desktop version, but it rarely works correctly on mobile.

    Can you try to disable the scale option available in Optimole settings page here – https://vertis.d.pr/i/HAXQvo and check if you see the same issue?

    Great! It worked, however it only solved the problem on the desktop view. Unfortunately, the photos do not load on mobile devices – partially or not at all. What could be the reason?
