Products show in shop for an hour or so then dissapear

I’ve set up my catalog a half dozen times through a datafeed and also using the Woocommerce plugin. Each time the products load and everything looks good. Then, a few hours later, all products are gone and the shop is empty. I’ve seen no errors or issues. Everything looks good then, nothing.
Any ideas on what’s happening?

Have you observed any patterns when this issue occurs, such as when editing products in WooCommerce? Additionally, could you kindly attach a screenshot to clarify what you mean by “shop”? Are the products still synchronized in the catalog?
Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can locate it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Click on “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. After completing these steps, please paste the report here in your response.

Everything looks healthy so far. Can you please confirm whether the products are still in the catalogue as shown in the screenshot I attached?If not, please enable logging, repeat the steps to replicate the issue, and then share the logs with us to review.
To do so, please follow the below steps:- Head to Marketing > Facebook.
- Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
- Repeat the steps to replicate the error.
- Head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
- Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
- Copy and paste the log into a GitHub Gist.

I’m getting the log now.When I went to view the log:
I got this error:
04-05-2023 @ 15:52:56 – Failed to connect to Facebook. Reason: Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_deniedBut, as you can see, the products loaded and are shown. They’ll just soon dissapear.
That’s unusual, I suggest you try disconnecting your account and the Facebook app altogether, then re-connect everything.
If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce while activating the default Storefront theme.If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit.
If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.
Let us know how it goes!As you suggested, I deleted the app and re-installed it. It’s been working ever since.
