Header Widget

I have the Royal Elementor Kit theme installed on my site and I also pay for the Royal add-ons. I created a header through accessing widgets in the theme builder and it is set to appear on the entire site. The header doesn’t appear and I can’t access widgets from the appearance dropdown. Does anyone know why this is?
