Campaign Monitor Connected but not Working

Thanks for the excellent plugin. We were able to successfully connect to Campaign Monitor (CM) but we noticed during out tests that responses are not being sent to the selected list in the CM app.
Once an integration is added to a form and the fields successfully mapped with those on CM app, do we need to take addtional steps to get the form to send responses?
Please let us know what could be missing or what we can do to resolve this.
