    Hello

    Thanks for the excellent plugin. We were able to successfully connect to Campaign Monitor (CM) but we noticed during out tests that responses are not being sent to the selected list in the CM app.

    Once an integration is added to a form and the fields successfully mapped with those on CM app, do we need to take addtional steps to get the form to send responses?

    Please let us know what could be missing or what we can do to resolve this.

    Hi @ajaxthemestudios,

    Trust you are doing good and sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue.

    In order to investigate this issue more thoroughly, I proceeded to create a new list in my test Campaign Monitor account and linked it with a Forminator form. After testing it, I couldn’t reproduce the problem as the submissions were successfully sent to the selected list during integration.

    There aren’t any additional steps required after mapping the fields in Forminator integration.

    Can you please try re-configuring Campaign Monitor in your form and check if that help resolves the issue?
