REFERRAL AUTO JOIN CONFIG ERROE

  • Hi there, love the plugin so firstly want to say thank you i am very grateful

    I have got the system working which is great however….

    I have discovered a bug.

    TWO THINGS

    NUMBER ONE

    When a customer joins using referral link, nothing happens, user joins as level 1,

    In the settings page, If Auto Join is NO then the code required option disappears.

    It should be Auto Join – No Code Required -yes but i cannot set that.

    The only way i can get multi level to work is to have auto join set to no

    then user enters code manually in referral join section of my account.

    But that defeats the pointg of a Referral Link.

    NUMBER TWO

    Welcome only given to level 1 members.

    If a user joins with referral then there is no welcome credit,

    HELP ME FIX THESE TWO THINGS AND THIS PLUGIN IS PERFECT IN MY EYES THANKS IN ADVANCE

    Hello, @winstant.

    I examined your website and discovered that you use the xootix plugin for WooCommerce registration and login. Perhaps they don’t inherit the WooCommerce standard register hook, that’s why you don’t see referral information.

    Share images of the backend plugin settings for welcome credits. So that I can examine and assist you if there is a misconfiguration.

    i need autojoin off but referral code required yes and as you can see because auto join is NO

    the code required has vanished.

    also why does level 2 3 referrals not also get the welcome credit.

    and what do I need to do to get the damn referral link working I’m not removing my sign up login configuration

    I don’t know how to make your plugin work with that plugin

    Just need it all to work

    Instead of a third-party plugin, you may utilise [woocommerce_my_account] for login and registration. It will function the same way. I previously reviewed your site, and the normal WooCommerce plugin provides all of these capabilities.
