Some Users not able to log in through out website

    Our website was working properly allowing users to log in and view our website which is not public facing but a recent update to the Plugin has caused only some users to be able to log in and others not. The ones that can not log in see this screen.

    I would be happy to assist you to get your website back up and working. Could you please let me know what LDAP username attribute name you are using in the plugin and screenshot of the Sign-In settings tab inside the plugin.

    Also, could you please let me know the currently installed version of the plugin as well.

    We are not sure what Sign In settings you need in the plugin. Do you have a reference? File name or Code line?
