WordPress Drag and Drop Plugin and Theme Creator Software

Hello, this is a suggestion to the whole wordpress community. If wordpress could develop a Drag and Drop What you See is what you get software to create wordpress themes and plugins of most functionalities, I believe wordpress CMS will rise from 43% to 80% website and webapp usage since most companies would have total Licence to their sites for free and I believe my understanding of the funding sources of WordPress will scale up significantly.

I have been thinking of this for a year now and if wordpress could own a Theme and Plugin creator for WordPress, it will be great and WordPress will have a sort of total permanency in the internet ecosystem. What do you think?
