I am using Woocommerce on my site and I am facing the following problem:
The translation works perfectly everywhere on the site, except after a successful order.

I have two languages on my page. When a user finishes ordering on the checkout page, the order confirmation email is sent in the websites default language. And the page is being redirected on the order-received page to the sites default language.

I have tried both the default order-received form and built a custom one with Elementor, but it does not help.

I have not changed the default Woocommerce emails, and I am using Elementor page builder. Every string is translated, I have checked it in “String translations.”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there,

In order to translate an email that you customize in the WordPress admin you can use the Conditional Shortcode https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-shortcode/

You wrap the content for every language using the right shortcode and only the correct part will be emailed to the user.

Here’s an example of another plugin that has a similar email: https://translatepress.com/docs/translating-woocommerce-emails/

Let me know how this goes.

    Best Regards,

    Anca

    I think you misunderstood something.
I have not customized any of the WooCommerce emails. I have a problem with the default WC emails.

Even then I have to manually translate every email?
I thought TranslatePress handles the translation of the default WooCommerce emails.

    Hello there,

Can you tell me what versions do you have for the plugins WooCommerce and TranslatePress? In order for this to work you need to use versions above these:

    TranslatePress – Multilingual version 2.3.5+
    WooCommerce version 6.8+

Can you explain what Elementor does? Did you create the WooCommerce checkout page with Elementor?

Can you also send me a screenshot with the email you receive and is not translated?

    Best Regards,

    Anca
