I looked at several useful functions, I was interested, especially the addition of get. But I was looking for another ready-made solution. Is it possible to collapse a submenu to shorten the display list? Perhaps you have this function and I did not notice or will it appear? When there are more than 10 menu items and the same number of submenus or even a third level …. this is a nightmare.

    Thank you in advance!

Still, I found what I needed. But your plugin interested me with its functionality. In order not to produce plugins, you may also have this functionality? I will follow you.

    Hello @polarone

frontend menu visual and functionality depends on your theme.

This plugin will help you create menu items with some advanced options, but at the end it will just provide the dataset for frontend and the way how it is rendered is up to your theme or some other plugin.

There are hundreds possible ways how to output menu… Dropdowns, hamburgers, megamenus, popups, lists, collapsible sidenavs, etc… So this is always handled by the theme or another plugin that is focusing on the one specific type from all these possible options.

    Have a nice day ??

Oo! I’m not talking about the frontend. I’m talking about the administration ))

    Aha, now I understand!

Well, that’s an interesting idea… it can be helpful sometimes, but also pretty confusing for many users imho.

I will make a note about this feature and maybe I’ll implement something like that.

    Thank you.
