Hello,

I created a package sucessfully, transferred it to the new location and ran the installer.php. When it comes to test the database connection, there is no message at all. Neither about success nor about failure. When clicking then on next, I get: Installation unsuccessful. I double checked my database connection, all seems to be right – but I can not let it confirm because I do not get any feedback from testing the database.

Chrome’s dev tool show me:

Uncaught ReferenceError: resp is not defined
    at e.onload (installer.php:127:1881)

```
I followed the instructions in your documentation but nothing helped to get pass this error.

Can you help ?

I can not submit a ticket because FastDup is not in the selection box for all of your plugins. And I do not have any plugin purchased. So, how to submit a ticket there as a normal user ?

I gave up on the plugin since I needed the cloned website as soon as possible and did a old school copy with DB dump and copying files via console.
If I ever need to copy a whole blog again, I will give a new try.
