Affiliates disapear from the account in 24h

    I′m run a trial on this software to see if it is what I need and then upgrade to the pro version, but for some reason the affiliates make the registration and I approve it, with this everything is ok, but after something like 24h when i go to the dashboard the affiliates are not there.

    Any Sugestion or it is a bug?

    Thank you for reaching out! Normally, this should not happen. We currently don’t have any reports for this particular issue from other users and also, on my end, everything is working nicely.

    The issue may be tied to a caching mechanism on your database. I can’t say if this is the case or not, but I would recommend checking your caching plugin/system or contacting your hosting provider to ask for information about this issue.

    Also, out of curiosity, are the user accounts deleted as well? Each affiliate is tied to a user in your WordPress site. You can find your users in WordPress admin > Users > All Users. Are the email addresses for the affiliates still there? Or have the user accounts been deleted as well?

    The users have been deleted.
    But if I creat a user in the user account there is no issues, just with the users comming from the Affiliate program

    To be honest this is the solution I am looking everything looks ok and there are many adons we can use but this situation now is a red flag.
