The Jetpack plugin was automatically disabled on our website after the update on April 6th. It can neither be uninstalled (since it no longer appears under “Installed Plugins”) nor reinstalled.
When I reinstall it, the error message says either “directory already exists” or today that it can’t write certain files.
    What can I do?
