• I was notified of an issue with the backups that my CPU usage was extremely high. I reached out to my hosting service & to Jetpack for help in getting the situation under control. It took several weeks, but the Jetpack team stayed with me, and reached out frequently to give me updates. I’m a tech dummy, so it was difficult to figure out what was needed, but the team was patient and kind, and we finally resolved the issue and everything seems to be working properly now with my backups. Thanks again, Jetpack, for sticking with me.
