Cannot Publish a Popup

    I currently have a draft for a pop-up to appear on my website’s homepage, and previewing said draft shows the popup working successfully, however, any attempt of mine to publish the draft results in no action. The “publish” button does not change to “publishing,” nor does the plugin seem to perform any task, only resulting in the page scrolling back to the top.
