I would like to know if it is possible to translate the contactform7 dropdown-select strings on the mail the user receives. I have managed to change the mail language using these shortcodes: [trp_language language=”en_GB”]Example[/trp_language] , but the strings from the dropdown stay in the original language. I want to include those strings in the translated language on the mail. ( On the website they are translated correctly, but on the form email they are sent in the original language)

    Hello there!

??I suggest that you create two forms, one for each language, and condition them based on the language. This way, each language will have the contact form in the correct language.

Please let me know how it goes!

    Best Regards,

    Anca

Creating two forms , just so that the cf7 mail that the user receives contains the drop-down string in the correct language seems excessive. On the live website, the strings are correctly translated , isn’t there a way to make contactform7 get the translated strings from translatepress?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, we don’t have an alternative solution at the moment, but this will certainly resolve the problem.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help out with.

    Best Regards,

    Anca
