Worth a Try

  • This theme has given me a few issues over the last 3 years, but the theme looks good and has a lot of options. Customer Support could use some work. They can be very difficult to communicate with. I originally wrote a bad review, but I decided to change it because they helped me recently on an issue and wrote the review in frustration from not getting the help I needed in the beginning. It wasn’t until after my review that I got real help, but my issue was fixed non-the-less. In reality it is a good theme for selling items. It will give you a very good looking site. It also work seamlessly with WooCommerce. I recommend using a child theme with it to change some things around. I know how hard it is to get reviews and didn’t think my previous review was completely fair since in the end it was a plugin issue and helped me fix it.

    This review wasn’t about whether it was a plug-in or not. This review was about your ability to maintain your product. I followed what you said to do and I also sent screenshots and it seemed like you were completely ignoring everything I said. It wasn’t until AFTER I wrote this review that my issue was fixed in one e-mail after going back and forth for a week. Then you sent me an email asking me to change my rating. Completely unprofessional.
