Manual Orders and Page Access

Hello Vlado,

I’m happy to say I’ve recently launched a basketball gym membership site using Page Restrict for memberships.

We needed to manually add membership orders for a handful of clients that already paid for their membership offline. I manually created the orders which included the necessary product to access restricted content pages.

After adding and completing the manual orders, I logged in as the customer to test if the account could access their restricted page content, but they weren’t able to successfully.

I’m wondering if this will self resolve over the next day or two like the most recent issue I ran into, but curious if you’re able to provide any insight on if adding manually orders should work the same as self served orders when it comes to granting the customer account access to restricted pages. I’ll let you know if this self resolves in the next day or two.
