    Good day.

After I set up a plugin. And I started using the cache function. I encountered the following problem in the header of my page, I have a cart that loads the goods added to it. The problem is that when the user is logged in, the cart remains empty even though the number changes, there are added products, if I delete or stop the cache is loaded after the first load, the data in this window is not updated. Where and what exception should I specify? I couldn’t find anything in the documentation provided. Site is beststore.bg.
    Ask for assistance.

    Hi Vladimir,

We would normally advise your don’t cache pages with carts. You can do this under Cache >> Advanced Settings >> URLs to exclude from caching

This is not a solution for me. The cart is in the header and is on every page. As far as I can see, a decision has been made about the number of products in the cart and they are updated correctly.
Is there another option to solve the problem?

@vladimirvuch What theme and plugin you are using for that functionality?

I’m using Elementor Pro with the Hello Elementor Child Theme Enabled.

@vladimirvuch I have tried to reproduce the issue with no luck.

I have tested with setting serve cached pages to logged in users both turned ON/OFF.

I used Elementor Pro and Hello Elementor theme

I have no idea what to tell you.
That’s why I attached the pictures. Every time I have turned on the cache and generated it from Preload the goods for the logged in user are not displayed. As I said about not logging everything works as it should. If I stop caching and clear the cache the problem goes away too.
If I had products in the cart, it shows them the first time, but if I add a new product and there is still nothing in the window identical to the pictures above.
If possible I can give you access to the site to look at it or I don’t know? Or somehow release logs to send you?

I created a ticket on your site. At the moment I do not have a purchased plugin and the recipient you sent me is unavailable to me. I intend to purchase the plugin when I get the main issues fixed to use lazy image loading. But that will happen once it’s up and running.
A ticket is currently created here: https://snipboard.io/E3phoF.jpg
I have left my email address [email protected] with the reason for payment 111111111.
There I have left an address, username and password for access.
Thanks and have a nice day.
