compatibility problem

Hi Alex, I recently found your plugin, and when I install it and hit it in settings, it shows a white screen which says that a severe error occurred on the website. I have activated the Troubleshoot mode to verify which plugin was causing the error, but it is not any plugin, simply when installing once it shows an error. Could you help me?
