We have auto updates enabled for this plugin. When a new version becomes available, our website forms stop working until the update is completed. If our autoupdates run at the end of the day, there seems to be a full day sometimes where the plugin forms do not work. That means, our potential customers who try to contact us through our website get an error message when submitting a form.

Is there a way to get notified via email when a new version of this plugin is available?

  • Hey @rachelunwired – Thanks for reaching out!

While we don’t send email notifications for each update, as you’re using the free version of WPForms, the best place to keep track of the new version would be the changelog page.

That said, about the issue you’re facing with form submissions, can you please share the URL where the form is embedded so I can take a closer look?

Thank you for helping out! Here is the URL with the form: https://www.unwiredltd.com/services/check-availability/

Does the paid version of this plugin email you when a new version is available for update?

Hey @rachelunwired – Thanks for sharing the URL!

I looked at the form, and I apologize if I’m missing something here. It seems that the form that’s there on the URL you’ve shared is not created using WPForms. When you have sometime, can you please check the URL?

About the question you asked, could you please drop us a line through our? contact page when you get the chance as we’re not allowed to discuss about paid version of WPForms on www.remarpro.com plugin forum?

    Kindly,

Great! I contacted them to talk about the paid version. As for the problem I’m still having.. here is the URL with the WPForm on our website: https://www.unwiredltd.com/support/

However, when a new update of the plugin is available, it somehow breaks different forms that we have on our website that are completely unrelated to WPForms. How is that possible? Do I need to delete this plugin and re-install it?

    Thank you!

Hey @rachelunwired – Thanks for sharing the URL!

I looked into the form, and it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.?

    Kindly,
