All of the dates in the date column are wrong. They are all one day ahead of the scheduled date. When you click register the correct date is displayed on the GTW registration page.

    Hi @methodlearning,

Please ensure that your website timezone, as set in the main WordPress settings page (Settings > General) is set to the same timezone as your webinars in GoToWebinar. Our plugin translates the GoToWebinar dates into the timezone set on your website. Some websites forget to update their timezone and this can cause differences in the times.

    Thanks,

Yes, I checked the general time settings and they are set properly. All of the webinars are showing one day ahead. For example, the April 12th webinar is showing for April 13th.

    Hi @methodlearning,

Can you please check your GoToWebinar account and make sure this is set to the same timezone as your website?

Also the link you mentioned originally: https://www.methodlearning.com/webinars/ it is no longer showing the webinar list that I saw the other day. When I saw this the other day, it didn’t look like there was a 24 hour difference. Yes the webinars were on different calendar dates, but not 24 hours apart. This suggests to me a timezone mismatch.

    Thanks,

I appreciate your help with this matter. The GTW time zone is set to New York which is the same as WordPress. I’ve checked every time zone setting I can think of.

I had to remove the plugin list from that page because the dates are wrong so I made a test page here https://www.methodlearning.com/webinars-testing-page/

I just added a new test webinar on Wed May 17th at 8pm Eastern but it’s showing on the list for May 18th at 8pm Eastern. They are al off by 24 hours.

    Hi @methodlearning,

Thanks for sending that info. I totally believe that you are experiencing an issue. What you have highlighted in your screenshots makes it crystal clear. But the issue is I am unable to repeat the issue on my end and I can’t see anything in the code which would cause this. And I have to believe that the issue is not widespread because this issue would have popped up several times already and likely would have come up several years ago. So I think the issue is probably specific to your site.

Therefore, can you please try disabling all other plugins except ours and using a standard theme like one of the WordPress Twenty Twenty (or something like that) and click the “Clear Cache” button in the plugin settings, and then see if the issue continues. There might be some custom code done in your theme or another plugin which is affecting how the dates/times are displayed.

Thanks again for looking into it. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to do that much troubleshooting so we’ll just manually enter the webinars on our site for now.

I just discovered another odd thing. When I click on “convert to my timezone” the dates change to the right date.

    BEFORE

    AFTER CONVERT
