Error message when submitting resumes through Contact Form 7 plugin

Hi there,
We are facing an issue with our website’s job form. When users submit their resumes, they receive an error message saying “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” However, we can see their resumes in our website’s WP backend (Contact Form DB).

We have also noticed that some users are repeatedly filling and submitting the form because they are unsure if their submission was successful.Plugin details: Contact Form 7, Contact Form 7 CFD87

We have successfully resolved the issue regarding the error message encountered when submitting resumes through the Contact Form 7 plugin / WPForms lite plugin.
I would like to share the steps I took to resolve it. Firstly, we installed the “FluentSMTP” plugin, and then proceeded to configure the API settings. We successfully set up the default connection using Outlook information email.
