how to put shipping in test mode

Hello i have the Storeship woocomerce theme installed, but there is no way to test the shipping in woocomerce. When i go and do a test order and make a test order with a test payment. There is no way for me to test printing a shipping label ? Explain to me how i can put the shipping into test mode as there is no way for me to enable or disable test mode when i go to woocomerce and hit shipping.

This also may be an issue for woocomerce if its not an issue with the Storeship plugin hopefully someone can direct me to the woocomerce support.
