PHP Fatal error with phastpress_disable

Noticed on stage (WAMP) a fatal error when going to checkout:

Had to disable the phastpress_disable filter (applicable to cart and checkout) to make it go away.

Couldn’t reproduce on live though (LAMP), even though the WP configuration is almost the same in both deployments.
