    Hi, we’re having trouble logging in, we still getting

    You have been locked out.

    You have been locked out due to too many invalid login attempts.

    What can we do ? how to log in ?

    Hi @tornel, I am sorry to hear this.

    The code: define(‘ITSEC_DISABLE_MODULES’, true); will disable any features activated by Security Pro. So, as long as it is in the wp-config.php file (which it sounds like it is) before the that’s all Happy Blogging line.

    I’ll suggest checking the logs to see what triggers the lockouts.

    If the invalid login attempts were using their username, I’ll recommend creating a new admin username, transferring contents from the old username to it, and deleting the old username. However, if it’s because of incorrect credentials, I’ll recommend using a password manager.

    I did it as instructed and still can’t log in, looks like htaccess was changed a month and a half ago ( I didn’t change it ) looks like it was changed a month ago.
