Mysql mapping and duplicates

    Hi,

    im using this plugin and so far is pretty great. The only thing that i cannot figure out so far is how to set it up, so by submiting the new form, it will not create duplicate entry into MYSQL DB, if the USER or EMAIL info are same as already listed in my MYSQL DB.

    I mean i have figured out by updating the QUERY so it firstly checks the table and then proceed or not, but this solution will still look as the registration form has been sucesfully submited and i couldnt find a way how to inform the user that the user name or email is already used and it was actually not registered in table.

    Is there any simple way for example while filling the entries, how to instantly check if its already existing in MYSQL or not and then not even allow him to submit?

    Thank you for contacting us! 

    Please note that you can mark the “Allow only unique values” option as checked https://nimb.ws/rxHp9l, in case you do not wish to receive the same data for the same element twice. For instance, if you want the user to submit your form only once using the same name, you need to enable this setting.

    Thank you for your answer. This one I did miss.
    I understand it that in case im using MYSQL mapping to my own DB, it will check these unique values in my DB, not the default one, right?
