Can I use sparate email address for Mint Mail and SMTP

I had configured sparetely email for SMTP email e.g info@mydomain.com and Mint Mail email market@mydomain.com. But, the email sent by info@mydomain.com for both.
Is there any way to use sparetely email for both.
