Google Sheet Integration –> Access Code = Currently Active (and it has been deleted and reset twice). On the Google Sheets tab in the form, all entries are correct. When I click Google Sheet Link, the sheet comes up. However, no data is ever posted to it. I’ve set the Share option in the Sheet to anyone with the link, thinking that might be the problem, but it isn’t. I will have to use this functionality frequently enough to pay for the pro version, but if the free version doesn’t even work, I’m not sure I should pay for the pro version.

    Hi @valentk,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

It seems while authenticating you have not provided all the required permissions to edit, create and delete in your Google Sheets. Refer to our documentation and make sure you have provided all the required permissions.

If still same issue persists then open a support ticket via our website to fix your issue.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

Abdullah, I already replied to your message in email, but will now repeat it here since I’ve not heard back from you: I cannot enter a problem ticket as you instructed since this is a free version I’m checking out but–if we can get it to work–will be paying for the pro version soon. BUT IT DOESN’T WORK now. I’ve gone through all your documentation and done everything I can think of, BUT IT DOESN’T WORK. What information can I send so that this problem can be fixed–if it can be fixed.

    Hello Katharine @valentk
Sorry for the trouble you are having,

To setup you have to do the 3 things very carefully
    1. Authenticating with Google Along with Google Sheet and Drive Permissions. Refer Screenshot
    2. Create a new sheet and enter the sheetname, sheetid, tabname and tabid in contact form configuration under Google Sheet Tab Refer Screenshot Finding Sheet Details
    3. Arrange the Google Sheet with Field Names in column wise.
    Refer Screenshot

If having issues after completing this 3 steps then enable the debug log and let me know with the errors,

Errors can also be seen under Integration Tab view debug log
Send me errors to help you out further.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

Well, this morning, with no changes, it all works. Thanks VERY MUCH for your help. As soon as my thing starts making some money, I will pay for the pro version.
