Error with restoring ‘Others’ and ‘Database’ data?

    Hello all,

    I am fairly new to to this and not entirely familiar with the backend section of things, but I am trying to restore a backup of my testing site and I keep getting the following error:

    Move /chroot/home/a9c03a2c/1585a7fb40.nxcli.io/html/wp-content/mu-plugins -> /chroot/home/a9c03a2c/1585a7fb40.nxcli.io/html/wp-content/mu-plugins-old: Failed. Destination Directory UID=10104, GID=1037. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 10104/10104. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 1037/1037.

    This seems to happen with both the ‘database’ and ‘others’ backup data only and has never happened with backups I’ve done in the past. Any idea how to correct this?
