Submitted Plugins through svn

I faced problem when I submitted plugin update through SVN. The version number become backward and www.remarpro.com has not taken my new changes and version number. I came to know after so try to see when my update will appear on live site. but after many hours I could find the possible reason why my plugin is not coming live.

It could be very helpful if we get an email for any possible reason plugin update cannot come on plugin directory.
