• After uninstalling this PlugIn, I have 35 (!!!) tables in my database that I can’t get removed. So I can only advise everyone not to install this plugin, because it leaves a lot of garbage behind.

    We would like to bring to your attention that our plugins are designed to retain your statistical data even after you uninstall them. However, we understand that some users may prefer to have this feature disabled. To do so, please navigate to the ‘Settings’ page and select the ‘General Settings tab’. You can then uncheck the option labeled “Keep data after uninstalling the plugin.” Please note that disabling this option will result in the truncation of all previously saved statistical data.

    Thank you for the detailed reply. I have already discovered the function for deleting the data, but this obviously remains without function, and THAT upsets me.

    You want me to change my 1-star rating just because you’re working on the bug? Sorry, but that makes no sense! When the bug is finally fixed, then maybe I’ll reconsider, but definitely not before!

    I also left a rating HERE because there are enough good alternatives and I do not depend on this PlugIn. With my rating, I just wanted to “warn” other users. A change to the classic support is therefore not necessary for me.
