Account Recovery

Hi Guys, I am trying to fix or update my mothers website, but to my surprise it doest recognise the email that i thought was connected to it, wordpress account…so I had to make one of my own to login into support here…in the account recovery process (cant seem to upload a screen shot for some reason) it ask me for transaction id, activation key and or 2fa, none of which i have..the mails are all pre 2017…so it doesnt let me to the next step without any of these… how can i access or recover the account.. I have the password but not the login mail or usernamen…
