Limit login attempt reloaded for Custom login page.

We are using the Custom Login page using PMPRo. The Limit login attempts reloaded are not working on this custom page.

I am searching for the instruction to set the Limit login attempt to this custom page. Please guide us with instruction to set the limit login feature.
