    So many issues since the last update. This plugin always worked perfectly until now. Please, do something.

    Emails from new orders are not sending, checkout page keeps a lot of times hanging forever after ending the order…

    It’s frustrating. Please, many of us are depending on this plugin to earn our money.

    Let’s make sure that nothing is conflicting with WooCommerce here. Please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Perform the test to verify if the issues are gone.

    I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this?guide?without modifying your live site or impacting customers. It’s also possible to do it using the free?WP Staging?plugin. Or you can try installing the Health Check plugin and enabling the Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins and switch to a standard WordPress theme without affecting your site visitors.

    If the issues are fixed after switching to Storefront theme and deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce, the problem may be with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each reactivation until you find the one causing the message to appear.

    If the issue persists despite following the above steps, kindly share the following information:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Thanks for your help.

    I’ve tried several things. I’ve deactivated all the plugins that were updated the last week (when the problems began) and the problems with Woocommerce persist.

    Any other thing on the web are working properly.

    When a customer place and order, after any kind of payment the page doesn’t try to load anything. it simply keeps blank, not trying to load anything (although I can see the order placed in the dashboard). The customer can’t see if the order was placed correctly and besides this, nor the customer nor me are receiving any confirmation email (even with the bank transfer payment, that has not to load any other plugin to process).

    If I try to change an order to completed, then it keeps loading forever.

    Woocommerce are not sending any kind of email, nor the customers nor me.

    All of this started since the last update and any other plugin that was updated since that day makes no change if I deactivate it; the problem persist. This must be a problem of Woocommerce.

    It is very frustrating and annoying. I’m using this plugin for almost ten years and always was very happy with it; always worked perfectly and now I’m loosing my business.

    I understand that you tried deactivating all plugins that were updated last week and are still seeing issue.

    Can you please perform one more test by switching your theme to Storefront and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce (including the ones that were not updated last week). It is possible that there is a conflict between some of the plugins or your active theme.

    Kindly share the following information for further investigation:

    I’ve tried to solve the problem by a different way. It’s solved now.
