We’ve created a chat using embedded content and is working pretty good in our testing site. However, we would like to enable access to the chat widget from the backend since that’s where our customers need access to a knowledge base for a plugin we created.

Is there an easy way to do this?

    Thanks.

    Hi Hector,

I am glad to hear that the embedded content chat is working well on your testing site.

Regarding your inquiry about enabling access to the chat widget from the backend, our plugin currently don’t have this feature available. However, I understand the importance of this functionality for your specific use case, and I am planning to add it to my roadmap.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can consider creating a custom page under your admin area and embedding the chat code there. Not sure if this will work %100 but you can give it a try.

    Best regards,

    Hi?again @htorres00

I’ll look into what can be done regarding this matter. Since it’s a feature request rather than a bug, I’ll be closing this thread for now.
