Good functionality coverage and responsive support

I was looking for a CRM / Email marketing system for my new website, and I am very pleased I found FluentCRM.
Upon researching many alternatives (GroundHogg, MailChimp, Aweber, MailPoet, etc), FluentCRM seemed quite competitive in terms of the feature and, importantly the cost (affordable license, and I can use Amazon SES to keep my costs very low).
But until I started using them, I was afraid to be disappointed. Besides, this is the first time I take on Email marketing and CRM.
I have only positive things to say:
1/ the functionality coverage fully cover the needs I have identified for the launch-time of my membership site. It was just missing a visual email editor when I first looked… but they added it end of 2022 ??
2/ the support is reactive and knowledgeable. I have received (helpful) replies within 24 hours for most of my tickets.
3/ I am finding it very intuitive to use, whereas again, this is the first time i am using a CRM.
