When I first set up Jetpack CRM the BCC TO feature in the Quote and Invoice Email Templates were working and is now not working. Is there a way to re-activate the BCC To feature?

    Hi @scjnet,

It sounds like you’re referring to BCC fields in the System Email templates for Quote and Invoice notification emails, is that correct?

If so, these features are still available in System Email Templates edit page found in Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Mail Templates (wp-admin/admin.php?page=zbs-email-templates ), as shown below:

If you’re referring to something else, would you share a screenshot so we can see what you’re describing?

You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard: https://snipboard.io/ or Imgur: https://imgur.com and post the link in a reply here. Thanks!

Yes, I have an active email address in the BCC: box and I did receive a copy of the quotes and invoices that I sent out until recently. I no longer receive a copy of the quote or invoice. I have tested several times and checked my spam folder. Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi @scjnet,

As far as we know, there is no known issues with BCC feature. It’s possible that the default mail delivery method is failing beyond the BCC feature.

Would you try the following to make sure your mail delivery method is working?

    • Send a test email from your default mail delivery method in Jetpack CRM > CRM settings > Mail delivery
    • Check and share the email error logs you see for failed email delivery attempt(s). You can use plugins such as WP Mail SMTP or Email Log.

Please note: if you’re using Gmail as the default mail delivery method, Google has made changes so that you’re required to connect over OAuth. If you have Gmail and haven’t set up OAuth, please do so by following these directions:

For all other mail delivery methods, you can refer to this documentation: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/mail-delivery-method-setup-smtp/

I hope that helps! Let us know how it goes.
