On scroll not working

  • Hi there,

    Popup works fine with a timed delay.
    It does not work on scroll functionality.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins, can you confirm it is stilll working and compatible with current wordpress version?

    Can you please create a new test page with a pop-up that shows on scroll and then share a link to that page and also a screenshot of the pop-up settings?

    I am having the exact same problem with version 3.2.26. The pop-up does not show with 5% page height scroll but it does work with time delay.

    I had no problems with previous Boxzilla version and I am currently running older WordPress ver. 5.2.12.

    It seems that the code that checks the scroll uses an undefined property in window called “scrollTop”. It seems that you migrate the plugin from use jQuery to use vanilla JS, and forgot update the window.scrollTop to window.scrollY

    You ask me screenshots and stuff instead of simply testing your live version first.

    The free version of WP Forms can do this and is compatible with WP newest versions too so I just made the switch.

    But please do let me know if this has been fixed and will reevaluate.

    Hey @ganacontrolrsn @brandonlin1 @saiso, You are correctly. In the new version this has stopped working. I have created a ticket and we will update you once this is fixed.
