    I am receiving the following error after setting up the mailchimp app. The API key is connected and the app sees the list but the form will not allow you to subscribe.

    Please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu in your WordPress backend and share with us any errors listed there.

    This is the error from the debug log.

    Hey @focalpointco,

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Create a new API key and add to our plugin
    2. Check if the list and the data are displayed on the “MC4WP” menu
    3. Test the form again.

    Please let us know the result of this.

    Please try creating a new API key and after adding it to your website, please check if the list data is displayed in our plugin and then test the form again.

    Please let us know if that resolves the issue.

    I tried revoking the old API and creating a new API. I add the the new API to the plugin. I get the same result.

    Please go to MC4WP > Other, click “renew mailchimp lists”
    Then go to MC4WP > Form > Settings, and make sure the correct list is still selected.

    Also of course make sure you have the latest version of the plugin.
    And finally, please test with a new email that hasn’t been subscribed earlier.

    Does that solve the issue?
