500 Internal Server Error, redirecting domains

Hello,
I have this problem lasts days:
When I want to access my blog at the URL www.(…)/wp-admin/, I put the username and pass, but I can’not access, I receive the following error:500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, (…) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

After that everything with the WP administration works good.
But some days ago I received this error and it’s imposiible to access the blog.I checked the wp-config and the redirection of the domain, and it’s OK.
I try to upload a security version of all the files I have, but nothing. ??Can someone help me, please?
