Divi+SiteGround+WooCommerce shipping bug

    I have a WooCoommerce with a Divi child theme and hosted on SiteGround.

    I added shipping methods but it’s not showing on checkout. It’s only showing billing form and order details. I can’t see the “shipping to another address” option or the shipping method in the order details.

    I try everything, I don’t have console errors, I deactivate all plugins and themes and try other themes but it’s the same for all.

    The WooCommerce and shipping methods configuration is ok

    I understand that the shipping options you configured are not displaying on your site’s checkout page, correct?

    For us to investigate this properly, can you please share with us a screenshot of the following settings below:

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Shipping Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping)

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
