    Hi,

    I have been going through your documentation and have a couple of questions:

    1- When a member has a paying subscription and payment is rejected, their membership expire, so they have still subscribers/basic role? Still have access to the free stuff automatically?

    2- When a member cancels their membership or next payment, the same happens again automatically?

    3- Without using the add-on for paypal, can I have my payment gateway as stripe, then have another button for paypal if I set it up also?

    Also, the “membership-levels” page, I want to edit it with Divi, I guess I can present the membership levels however I want, then create an anchor link or button that would have the link as the default table? Any issues here?
    so just copy this?
    href=”….membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1″

    Hi @chrisdalmeida,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    1. When their payment declines, depending on your setup and payment gateway, their membership should be canceled and they should not have any more access to restricted content. If you have free content, they would be able to see that because by default they can still log in, and access their account page to renew or change their subscription. Their role should also not change except if you have custom roles set up. You can see our payment gateway guides here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/
    2. When they cancel their subscription, by default, they loose access immediately and should not be charged by your payment gateway. If you want them to keep access until their next payment date, you did need our Cancel on Next Payment Date Add-On.
    3. To show the two payment methods, you need the PayPal Express Add-On, please see our guide on this here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/offer-multiple-payment-methods-increase-conversions/
    4. Yes, you can create an anchor link as you have described linking directly to the checkout page for each level – /membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1

    Hope this answer helps to get you started.
