Hello, I am using Tutor LMS Pro with Woocomerece. When an already registered student tries to login, WordPress sends Login Verification Required Email to the student.

Please verify a login attempt for your account on Learn And Grow Advance Training Courses.

    Request Time: March 21, 2023 09:59:40 AM
    IP: 00.00.000.000

The request was flagged as suspicious, and we need verification that you attempted to log in to allow it to proceed. This verification link will be valid for 15 minutes from the time it was sent. If you did not attempt this login, please change your password immediately.

    Verify and Log In

<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>The actual Problem</span> is that email is coming from ([email protected]) and A Student clicks on “Verify and Log In” This link opens the WordPress User Login page instead of the Tutor Login Page.

After login, Woocomerece MyAccount Page opens Instead of Tutor Dashboard.

Anyone can help me to Change the sending email address and Tutor Login Page instead of WordPress Login.

    Regards,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @abubakarsattar,

Tutor LMS pro sends 33 email notifications for various email events but not the one you mentioned. If you are hosting from wp.com then it can be a feature of your hosting email server or from one of your active 3rd party plugins.

If you are using latest version of Tutor LMS then you can enable Tutor login feature Tutor settings > advanced tab. If you wish students to land Tutor dashboard page then allow students to sign up using Tutor LMS students registration form and not using woocommerce’s my-account page.

If you are a pro user then please write to support at themeum dot com. We will then follow up accordingly.

Thanks you munayam for reply. I am not using Tutor LMS Premium version. I installed it from add Plugins section.

I am already using Tutor Student Registration and Login forms and Dashboard and it is working fine. But problem is that when student is going to log in again some other day then, it asked for verification for security and emailed the login Button mentioned above. This login button leads to WordPress login page (Not Tutor Login Page) and after login it leads to My Account page instead of Dashboard.

    Regards

    Hello @abubakarsattar,

Please write to support at themeum dot com and we will take a closer look. I’m presuming you are using a 3rd party plugin that is sending such verification email.
