• I tried the plugin on two sites, for one I paid and for the other I only used the free version.

    The paid plugin converts images to Avif and some in webp (certainly those in the 100 usd plan) but the free plugin does not convert any images to webp.

    I contacted the support, but apart from selling me the paid plan, they didn’t offer any solution, so avoid it if you are looking for a free solution to convert your images to webp.

    I also don’t understand, as I told you, when I asked if I could get a discount, why I no longer have the option to buy 300,000 avif images for 100 usd.
    The account is locked with only the option to buy 840,000 images at 250 usd.
    This is extortion, as I don’t have webp images because the conversions don’t work, there is only Avif and if I want optimized images, I have to pay very hight price!

    In the end, I would have lost 100 euros and am forced to use another plugin.

    In your situation, you have two possible solutions – you can either increase the plan as I suggested, or cancel your current subscription and buy another plan with a limit of 300,000 images. We have no restrictions for our clients. We don’t force anyone to do anything. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you can easily get a refund. So you really have 3 possible ways out of this situation. Choose the one you will be most satisfied with.

    You can log in to our customer panel using the e-mail address provided in the order. The login link has been sent to your email address. We have a record of 3 login attempts from your email address in our system (times are in UTC):

    I checked our system for the last two emails sent to you (containing a login link) and I have the following information:

    This means that your mail server rejected my messages for some reason. It’s probably a temporary problem. You can always contact me via e-mail, via chat on our website. We have many communication channels and we never leave any client unattended. This is very strange because all previous messages were delivered to you without any problems. However, I cannot be responsible for your mail server – my mail server sent the message.

    I also checked the logs and my message with a reply to you (of which I gave you a screenshot at the beginning of this reply) was delivered to you and according to the status it was also opened by you. This means you have received my answer and suggested solution. Was it so?

    At the same time, I am very sorry that you rate the plugin with 1 star because you did not receive a login link. You evaluate the functionality of the PRO version of the plugin by adding a review for the free version of the plugin. You know that I replied to your messages very quickly. Do you think that with this approach my plugin deserves 1 star? Even here on the forum you got a reply very quickly from me.

    I will be grateful if you are willing to cooperate and resolve this matter in a nice and pleasant way. I really want you to be satisfied. Please don’t use a 1 star review to take revenge on me, because this is not a solution that will help in this situation. Please remember that I really want to help you.     @pierreto I contacted my mail server’s support and got the response.

    The problem with delivering an e-mail to you may be caused by, for example, exceeding the limits of a given provider or violating the internal anti-spam policy. Then the sending of such a message is repeated for the next 48 hours, until the message is delivered or rejected.

    Most likely the yahoo servers are busy at the moment and your message is waiting to be received. In the logs there is information that previous messages to this recipient also received the deffered status, but were finally delivered with the status “ok”.

    This means that it is most likely a temporary problem with Yahoo’s mail servers. This means we should wait a while for Yahoo to fix its problems.

    I still not able to connect via email today, yes I understand now that is problem with yahoo.

    But about message I write, yes the free webp conversion don’t work on one of my website and work sometime on the other.
