There has been a critical error on your website

Hi, I have received the “There has been a critical error on your website” error when I was trying to access my site earlier and I received the recovery email. But when I clicked on the link in the email, I got “Recovery Mode not initialized.”. I am now not able to access the admin page.
So I used FTP to delete away the plugin which was supposed to be causing the error as indicated in the recovery email. But that did not work.
I have renamed the whole plugin directory and that did not work too.
May I know if anyone else have any other suggestions? Thank you.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
