attribute used as variation not assigning to attributes as expected

    Hi Guys,

    I have a peculiar issue and I am hoping that someone can point me the redirection.

    I have linked the my custom POS to a woocommerce site and it adds variation products properly. however the assigned size don’t show up on the attributes configuration page they display correct on the front-end and the backend part of the product with no issue.

    I have attached the below images as references.

    Assigned size, that are working.

    But this is all I can see on the attributes setting page.

  • Attributes come in two types – Global and Custom.

    Global Attributes are what your are looking at in the Attributes page

    Custom Attributes are applied to a specific product in the Attributes tab for that product.

    If your POS is adding the attributes to a product then they are Custom and only apply to that product – they won’t be added to the Global Size attribute.

    I understand that you are using a custom POS integrated into your WooCommerce store that adds variation products properly, however, the assigned size doesn’t show up on the attributes configuration page though it displays correctly on the front-end and the backend part of the product with no issue.

    In addition to what @seank123 mentioned above, it might be worth checking with the developers of the custom POS how product variations are being added to your site.

    Since this is a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.
