    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are trying to submit a support request directly to us, however are being met with the above attached message, is this correct?

    Please could you clarify that you are following these steps to paste your System Status Report:

    • Navigate to WooCommerce > Status
    • Click Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Once you’ve done that, paste it into the required field, as seen below:
